30 Days for Returns

If for some reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund. At the sole discretion of Health Rover Home LLC, we may accept a return of the product(s) less the original shipping and handling costs, provided that such a return is made within the 30 (thirty)day return policy window.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed and in its original packaging.

To start a return ,email us at shop@thehealthrover.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a RMA# will not be accepted.

You are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items and you assume the risk of lost items during shipment.

Product(s) should be mailed back to Health Rover Corporate HQ's at 81 Scudder Avenue Northport NY 11768. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. All at-home Covid-19 tests are non-returnable under the FDA / EUA guidelines.& We do not accept returns for items that are on sale or on promotion.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Should the product be in the same condition in which it was sold, we will issue a refund within 5 days on your original payment method less the shipping and handling costs. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
